Patrick Joseph Forbes was born on September 22, 1967 in Pittsburg, Kansas. He went to college and played collegiate baseball at Wichita State University. He was a Major League Baseball infielder who played from 1998-2001. |

|
Forbes was drafted by the California Angels in the 20th round of the 1990 amateur draft. He would see playing time with two teams in his career, the Baltimore Orioles and Philadelphia Phillies. He primarily played in the minor leagues, however. He played his last game on October 7, 2001.
He is currently the manager of the Reading Phillies.
